Pre-requisites & General Guidelines
Part I : Instructions for Registration
1. Internet connection has to be STRONG, preferably connect through wi-fi.
2. The portal is responsive and can be accessed from any Laptop/Desktop or Mobile Devices
3. Google Chrome with version 100 and onwards is the preferable browser, however the portal works on other browsers like Microsoft Edge, Firefox.
4. Please DISABLE ‘Pop-up Blocker’, so that all the windows of Portal can be opened
5. Hit the REGISTER button on the login screen to begin your journey.
6. Enter your basic details including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number.
7. Click SEND OTP to verify your contact information. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and email.
8. Showcase Your Talent: Upload your current Resume. Our system accepts Word or PDF formats to keep things flexible.
9. Lock It In: Create a unique password and click REGISTER to complete the setup.
10. Once REGISTRATION is completed, kindly LOGIN to the portal with your credentials.
11. Note: The same Login details will be mailed to you to refer to for future login.
Part II : Instructions Post Registration
1. Allowed File Formats
a. PHOTOGRAPH ( .jpg / .jpeg )
b. OTHER DOCUMENTS ( .pdf )
2. Maximum File size allowed
a. PHOTOGRAPH – upto 200 KB
b. OTHER DOCUMENTS – upto 2MB
3. Avoid using space or any special characters such as ( , . @ _ , \ , / “ “ ‘ ‘ ! ) etc in FILE NAMES
4. Fill all MANDATORY fields ( marked as * in RED )
5. Click on ‘Add’ button to add multiple records
6. While attaching DOCUMENTS, select each document from your device, and click on ‘UPLOAD’ button next to it.
7. Do not forget to click on ‘SUBMIT’ button after filling required information and/or uploading all necessary documents
8. PLEASE NOTE application once submitted CANNOT be changed later
